Everything local
The database, the AI, the maps and the cybersecurity live inside the installation. On desktop, services only listen on the machine itself and data stays in the user's account.
Your data stays in your installation. The only thing that leaves, to be sealed, is a fingerprint.
What it does
Security, data sovereignty and sealing
Security in the StrategicNova family starts with not needing anyone else: every product is installed on the company's infrastructure, works offline and requires no cloud.
NOVAStrategic is the sealing service the products use. It seals fingerprints, not documents, so that you can prove to a third party —without relying on whoever issued it— that a fingerprint existed no later than a given instant, and that it was recorded in a way that cannot be rewritten without leaving a trace.
Data sovereignty
The database, the AI, the maps and the cybersecurity live inside the installation. On desktop, services only listen on the machine itself and data stays in the user's account.
Desktop, own server or dedicated private cloud: the company chooses. No essential function depends on an external service.
Passwords with a hardened key derivation (scrypt), two-factor secrets encrypted at rest, data-source credentials and files stored encrypted and, on servers, an encrypted data volume.
Signed security log with chained fingerprints that detects deletions, insertions or modifications, and a signed installation manifest to detect altered files.
Capabilities
Only fingerprints leave
A salted fingerprint of the document leaves the client; the document and the data never do.
Append-only log
Fingerprints go into a transparency log (Merkle tree, RFC 6962/9162) that cannot be rewritten unnoticed.
Classical and post-quantum signatures
Log headers are signed with a hybrid suite, Ed25519 alongside ML-DSA-65, with cryptographic agility to migrate algorithms.
Timestamp
Periodic anchoring to an RFC 3161 timestamp, verified in strict mode.
Witnesses
Witnesses that co-sign the state of the log, using the open C2SP witness format.
Verifiable offline
A receipt is checked with a small verifier, with no network and without the service.
Seal locally, anchor later
Sealing is instant inside the installation and anchoring happens when the network is back; the receipt improves its status over time.
Honest claims
Each receipt states exactly what it proves in its current status —for example "Proof of existence verifiable offline" or "Evidential date by RFC 3161 timestamp"— and warns about what it does not yet prove.
Status
Service in development, tested locally. What remains is external: the contracted timestamp provider, independent witnesses, hosting and an external security review. Until then, NOVAStrategic is not presented as a trust service valid before third parties beyond what each receipt declares.
The rest of the family
Platform to analyse and sell non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios, installed on your company's own infrastructure.
Sale of repossessed properties —asset by asset, in lots or as a portfolio— in a single file.
From the plot to marketing the development, for new-build developers and sales agents.
The family platform for the rental market, tied to NOVAStrategic evidence sealing.
Each platform —NPL, REO and new builds— has its own due diligence, deterministic and cited.
Cybersecurity travels inside each installation: a shield in front of the application and autonomous cyber-defence under human governance.
