What it does
Platform for new-build developers
ONStrategic will be the platform for new-build developers: a supporting technical study of the plot —topography, planning fit, building-code screening, BC3 budget, solar study and geographic risk—, the feasibility and the marketing of the development.
The technical study is supporting material: it is not a design project and does not replace the competent professional. Each installation will belong to a single company and work offline.
