What it does
REO asset and portfolio sale
REOStrategic will be the platform to sell REO assets and portfolios (repossessed properties) for servicers and private companies: selling to investors and end buyers knowing before listing whether the asset is ready —technically, legally, in the registry and in terms of possession— and then turning the offer into reservation, deposit, deed and handover in a single file.
Like the rest of the family, each installation will belong to a single company and work offline.
